Inserting a survey with Poll Everywhere for Google Slides
With Poll Everywhere for Google Slides you can insert surveys directly into your Google Slide presentations. Follow the steps below to get your presentation deck set up and begin surveying your audience in real-time.
Step 1. Open a Google Slides presentation.
Step 2. Click the Poll Everywhere tab in the taskbar.
Step 3. Select login from the Poll Everywhere menu. (If you are already logged in, skip to Step 5 below.)
Step 4. Log in or sign up for a new account.
Step 5. Once you are logged in, again click the Poll Everywhere tab, hover over the Insert option, then select “Survey" from the menu.
Step 6. Select the survey you want to insert by clicking the checkbox then tap the "Insert activity" button in the bottom right.
A placeholder slide with a mockup of your survey will be inserted into the deck. This placeholder slide is indicated by blue marks in the corners that tell the system where to display your activity. You are now ready to present.
The survey slide will provide the response URL to your audience where they can complete the survey. The slide will update as audience members respond displaying how many people have begun the survey and how many have completed it.
