Poll Everywhere slides do not respond to remote hardware

If Poll Everywhere slides for Windows PowerPoint does not work as expected with your remote hardware, this might be because our slides are conflicting with the clicker/remote simulated event. Our slide is receiving the click instead of powerpoint.

Solution: Move the mouse cursor to the side of the screen. This way, the Poll Everywhere window will not interfere with the mouse click events.

As an enhancement, check out our mobile feature Poll Everywhere remote control for Windows PowerPoint.
